Friday Night Festivities
This is cha gio, a Vietnamese treat. You take a cold, crisp
lettuce leaf, put some rice noodles on it, put a crispy fried
spring roll on it, then roll it all up, dip it in a soy-ginger
dipping sauce, and enjoy. It's a flavor/texture sensation.
